Quality Assurance Policy

Positively You

Our Commitment to Quality

At Positively You, we are committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and impactful educational experiences that empower young people and support schools in creating positive learning environments. Our approach is underpinned by professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for personal development.

We aim to consistently meet and exceed the expectations of our clients, partners, and the young people we serve.

Quality Objectives

  • To deliver high-impact sessions that are engaging, relevant, and outcomes-driven.
  • To ensure all team members are well-trained, professional, and aligned with our values.
  • To maintain clear communication with schools and partners before, during, and after delivery.
  • To use feedback for continuous improvement of our programmes and services.

Standards and Best Practice

While we do not currently hold formal quality accreditations, we align our work with the best practices in education, youth development, and safeguarding. We ensure all programmes are planned and delivered with care, consistency, and attention to detail.

We are committed to:

  • Safeguarding and child protection standards
  • Data protection (GDPR compliance)
  • Health and safety protocols during on-site and virtual deliver.

Roles and Responsibilities

Quality assurance is embedded throughout our organisation. All staff and presenters share responsibility for ensuring our high standards are maintained, from planning through to delivery and evaluation.

Our leadership team oversees:

  • Staff induction and training
  • Programme development and review
  • Partner engagement and communication

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

We actively seek and review feedback from schools, pupils, and partners. This includes:

  • Session evaluation forms
  • Post-delivery discussions with school leads
  • Internal team debriefs and reviews

Feedback informs ongoing improvements to our content, delivery, and customer service.

Training and Professional Development

Our team members are selected not only for their experience but for their enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference. We provide regular training, peer observation opportunities, and support to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all programmes.

Review of this Policy

This policy is reviewed annually by the management team to ensure its relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with our strategic goals and the evolving needs of our schools and young people.
